To go noisily or to go quietly.<\/p>\n<p>So we are faced with a difficult dilemma. We may have absolutely nothing else left but we do have the vocabulary to deal with it all.<\/p>\n<p>Dilemma is a Greek word. So is Crisis, Tragedy and of course Catastrophe.
